Softologies provides technology services including but not limited to: web development, business software development, AI automation, WhatsApp Business automation, digital marketing, domain and hosting, and branding services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements accepted by the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Softologies' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months.
We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of business, revenue, or profit; data loss; or damages arising from use of third-party services or APIs beyond our control.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the project engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the conclusion of the project.
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
